About us
At Dyson, we solve the problems others choose to ignore, with surprising new inventions that defy convention and simply work better. Our Supply Chain team is the engine that keeps Dyson running—making sure every product and part gets where it needs to be, at exactly the right time. We connect Dyson’s innovations to the world, ensuring customers receive not just technology, but delight.
About the role
Our market supply chain exists to make sure products reach customers exactly when and where they need them—right quantity, right time, right place. We balance availability, speed, and cost to deliver a seamless experience end‑to‑end.
As our Supply Chain Operations, Associate Manager, you’ll coordinate daily execution across our supply chain network, managing escalations and exceptions with both internal stakeholders and outsourced providers. You’ll lead local continuous improvement initiatives that align with market priorities and partner with Finance on budgeting, reporting, and process optimisation. You’ll be responsible for monitoring performance across inbound and last‑mile operations and ensuring our partners deliver to Dyson standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Support day‑to‑day supply chain operations, ensuring smooth execution and coordination with external providers.
2. Monitor delivery performance, manage required documentation, and escalate risks or issues quickly.
3. Collaborate with planning and sales teams to secure accurate, on‑time fulfilment.
4. Contribute to activities across transportation, warehousing, inventory control, import/export, and last‑mile delivery.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and service quality.
6. Use supply‑chain planning tools for order scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
7. Prepare and interpret performance reports to inform operational decisions.
8. Build strong, productive relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and commercial stakeholders.

10. Comfortable operating at pace, balancing structure with adaptability, and demonstrating resilience in complex, change‑driven settings.
11. Proven capability in master scheduling, inventory management, capacity planning, and working confidently with planning systems and data.
12. Customer‑facing experience, ideally managing third‑party retailers; exposure to marketplace or direct‑to‑consumer models is a plus.
13. Solid understanding of the DACH retail landscape is advantageous, with experience working with major retailers (e.g. MediaMarkt) considered a strong plus.
14. Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence cross‑functionally with commercial awareness and sound judgement.
15. Data‑driven and analytical, comfortable reporting KPIs, identifying risks, and driving continuous process improvement.
16. Fluent in English, with the ability to operate effectively in an international, cross‑regional environment; German is an advantage but not essential.
