Founders/Operations Assistant, Erding/Munich, €40,000-60,000
Operations Manager/Founders Assistant sought for a fast-growth and well-funded defence tech scaleup in Munich/Erding region. This is a really exciting time to join a business who sit at the intersection of UAV/robotics and are scaling rapidly through deep tech and innovation. As an Operations Manager and support to C-level you will be in the oil in the machine and sit as the right hand of the founding team.
It's a multi faceted role which gives a lot of opportunity for variety and impact - this is about building systems to then refining pitch decks or driving a VIP guest to the test site. We are looking for someone highly organized who can be the digital operations and "brain" - managing the internal knowledge base and tracking operational tasks and deadlines.
This role is paying between 40,000-60,000 EUR plus flexible working options when needed and many other benefits
What we're after:
* You're a strong executive support - previous role as a Founders Assistant or Operations Manager - you enjoy being organized and know how to manage processes, calendars, logistics and business support generally
* Strong data and technical skills - confident with Excel as well as other digital tools such as Obsidian, YouTrack and Jira/Notion etc
* Systematic thinker - you love structure and you have a service mindset - no task is too small or big and you enjoy having a positive impact internally
* Communication skills - strong German and English speaking/written skills
* A valid driving licence
* The ability to handle sensitive data
* An appetite for progression - this role can evolve into a Chief of Staff or Head of Operations and we'd love to find someone hungry for this
