We are partnering with a fast-growing defence technology company seeking a hands-on Program Manager to lead mission-critical defence programs and serve as the key interface with military and government customers. Responsibilities Own and drive complex defence programs from initiation through delivery and sustainment. Act as the primary liaison for military, governmental, and strategic stakeholders. Oversee program schedules, budgets, deliverables, risk mitigation, and reporting. Coordinate cross-functional engineering, operations, and supplier teams to ensure aligned execution. Ensure strict adherence to defence standards, security requirements, and export control regulations. Lead negotiations related to program scope, contracts, and change/claims management. Who we’re looking for 5 years of program or project management Direct engagement with military entities (e.g., Bundeswehr, MoD, NATO) on complex technical programs would be a plus Strong capability in contract and claims management. Fluent in German and English with excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
