ABOUT THE ROLE
For our HQ in Luxembourg, we are looking for an Fixed Asset analyst in the procurement department. The role has the objective of supporting project-base activities during FY 25/26 related to database optimizations for assets management and support on the following key projects: MATIX implementation in Europe/Canada and the COAST project in North America. Additionally, the role will support the transition of activities from FTL to Fervalue team in Canada/USA supporting the category manager in releasing group procedures and in providing training to Local Procurement and local R&D colleagues. To complete all these activities successfully, the person need to establish a good collaboration with R&D stakeholders, central/local procurement colleagues and finance stakeholders (controlling, accounting, finance FTL admin).
MAIN RESPONSAIBILITIES
* Improvement of the CAPEX Masterfile database
* Support Procurement in the creation of the Scheduled Maintenance Database with R&D
* Supporting COAST consulting company in asset assessment data gathering/data elaboration
* Implementation of MATIX software in the mold category aligning the RP-223 data in 3 countries
* Support category manager in preparing the Fervalue transition from FTL to make a smooth transition in Canada and USA
* Support category manager in implementing the new group asset disposal procedure
* Support category manager in implementing the new group asset impairment procedure
* Inventory support for Fervalue in Canada (including training support for LP colleagues)
Candidate Profile:

PROFESIONAL SKILLS
* Overall, 3 year of work experience.
* Experience in Procurement will be a plus
* Curiosity and problem solving;
* Team player with strong business midset is crucial for a positive performance;
* Able to maintain positive and proactive attitude also in stressful situations;
IT SKILLS
* Proficiency in MS office skills (particularly in Excel and PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of SAP is important
LANGUAGES
* Fluency in written and spoken English
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering or similar
