Job Overview
As a key member of the research team, this role contributes to project execution and management, delivering high-quality insights on time. The successful candidate will take ownership of tasks, analyze results, and shape client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define project specifications and summarize elements in clear proposals for clients.
* Collaborate with fieldwork and IT teams to coordinate project steps and oversee progress.
* Work with Data Processing to interpret survey results and summarize findings in reports and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Social Sciences, or related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in market research (agency or client-side) preferred.
* Comfort level working with figures and data, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, passion for research and curiosity about people, brands, and markets.
* Fluency in French, proficiency in English, Luxembourgish is a strong plus.
* Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT).
