Revenue operations specialist (hubspot) (m/f/d)

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll play a central role in scaling our go-to-market engine by building, maintaining, and optimizing the systems that power Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Working at the intersection of data, process, and technology, you will help ensure we operate efficiently, capture the right insights, and deliver a seamless experience across the entire customer lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to turn operational challenges into scalable solutions - whether it’s through workflow automation, dashboard creation, or the implementation of AI tools. Your work will directly impact how we generate demand, convert leads, and support customers at scale, helping Quantum Systems grow its B2B and B2G business units and become the benchmark for aerial intelligence solutions with unmanned aerial systems (UAS).


What is your Day to Day Mission:

* Design, implement, and maintain operational projects that improve revenue workflows across the full

customer lifecycle (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success)

* Act as the HubSpot CRM administrator: manage and enhance data quality, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines,

custom properties, and software integrations

* Serve as the internal point of contact for CRM-related support across GTM teams

* Maintain internal documentation and training resources for CRM processes and tools

* Analyze funnel performance to identify bottlenecks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize

conversion

* Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign performance

* Evaluate and implement AI tools (e.g., GPTs, chatbots) to streamline and automate marketing and sales

processes





What you bring to the team:

* You have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

* You bring 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM administration, Marketing/Sales Ops, or a related role - ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environment

* You have hands-on experience with HubSpot, including workflow automation, lifecycle management, and data cleanup

* You’re proactive, implementation-driven, organized, and enjoy being the go-to person for CRM in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment

* You have strong analytical skills and can turn funnel and campaign data into actionable insights

* You’re curious about AI and automation and enjoy experimenting with tools like GPTs, chatbots, or platforms like Zapier or Make

* Communication in English comes naturally to you

* Bonus: You’ve worked with JavaScript or have a basic understanding of using APIs and tools like Zapier or Make.com to extend CRM capabilities
