We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to fill the role of End-User Support Specialist.
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an End-User Support Specialist. As a valued member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our end-users, ensuring that their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
* You will act as Level 2 support on escalation from Level 1, solving complex incidents and providing Level 1 support when needed.
* Daily reporting activities will be performed for the IT Support Coordinator.
* You will provide daily support to end-users for standard services, including requests and incidents.
* You will assist in the resolution of all types of support requests.
* System monitoring will be conducted to proactively identify operational issues and perform system management activities.
* You will work on production Servers/Environment in an analyzed, controlled, and risk-aware manner.
* Maintaining information systems components' efficiency according to defined procedures and service levels is essential.
* You will collaborate with other Group IT entities on daily system management.
* You will help end-users with the use of standard services and applications.
* You will implement solutions for our business and IT infrastructure.
* You will provide high-quality support for any type of incident.
* All operational procedures, monitoring, and support procedures must be up-to-date and executed as required.
* An efficient incident management process ensures incident resolution under the SLA.
* You will participate in 24/7 on-call support for our critical infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in IT is required.
* You must have at least 2 years of experience with proven skills in supporting, deploying, configuring, and administering endpoints.
* Familiarity with the entire M365 suite, including Teams, Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint, Intune, licensing, and Security, is necessary.
* Powershell scripting knowledge for performing various support and administrative tasks is also required.
* ITIL certification is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
* You must be results-oriented, resistant to stress, and user-focused.
* You should be proactive, curious, flexible, and willing to collaborate with others to resolve incidents.
* Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset.
