In the Global Operations Team in Raunheim
Tasks
1. Responsible for the development of a holistic fleet strategy and the strategic planning of loading device fleets considering life-cycle cost, volume and forecast potential, customer contract terms and quality as well as developing and aligning ULD investment proposals
2. Ensure commercially and operationally efficient, timely global supply of loading equipment for all customers
3. Manage loading equipment performance, which includes technical and operational evaluations, as well as providing support for the relevant stakeholders with product modifications and improvements by manufacturers or customer request changes.
4. Responsible for the loading equipment master data application DMA as Product Owner, ensure continuous transparency for customers and relevant interfaces through ongoing system updates

5. University degree, ideally in Industrial Engineering and Management or knowledge from training or professional experience
6. Relevant professional experience with solid project and process management expertise, and good knowledge of operational processes in logistics organisations.
7. Results-oriented, strategic, and cross-company thinking and action
8. Confident presence with excellent communication, negotiation and assertiveness skills
9. Strong communication and negotiation skills, plus planning, coordination and decision-making ability
10. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking and presentation skills

13. Very good written and spoken German and English skills
