Manufacturing Excellence Manager F/H
YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU ACCEPT IT
As Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you play a key global role in improving industrial performance across Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages’ manufacturing network. Your mission is to design, deploy and continuously improve manufacturing excellence tools and standard ways of working, supporting factories in reducing losses, increasing productivity and building long‑term capabilities.
Reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Excellence, you act as a global reference for manufacturing excellence practices and work closely with central teams, markets and factories. You contribute directly to productivity improvement, cost competitiveness and the long‑term transformation of manufacturing operations worldwide.
Your key responsibilities include
* Leading the design, deployment and continuous improvement of manufacturing excellence tools, standards and guidelines across the global factory network
* Driving capability building through structured training programs, coaching, workshops and on‑site factory support
* Acting as the global manufacturing reference point, ensuring consistent application of practices and effective collaboration between factories and functions
* Partnering with Engineering, Quality, Human Resources, Supply Chain and Digital teams to support alignment and digital transformation on the shop floor
* Contributing to productivity improvement, cost competitiveness and overall business performance
ABOUT YOU
* University degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or Operations
* Proven management experience in manufacturing environments, ideally in food & beverage, chemical or pharmaceutical industries
* Strong hands‑on experience in manufacturing performance improvement and continuous improvement methodologies
* Good understanding of digital tools applied to manufacturing operations
* Comfortable working in a global and matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders
* Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
* Fluent in English (French is a strong asset) and aligned with Nestlé Leadership and Corporate Business Principles
* Green Belt/ Black Belt certification is a plus
