Responsibilities
1. Support the implementation of SAM/ITOM tooling (, ServiceNow), including integration of external catalogues
2. Provide conceptual guidance on global collaboration between central and local licensing functions
3. Develop and refine global license management guidelines
4. Perform license demand and usage analyses
5. Drive RFI/RFP processes for selecting a managed service provider in the licensing environment
6. Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose optimization measures
7. Provide expert support in commercial SAM topics
Profile
8. Experience with SAM/ITOM tools, preferably ServiceNow
9. Solid project management background
10. Strong expertise in software license management (ideally SAP, Microsoft, Oracle)
11. Analytical, structured, solution-oriented work style
12. Strong communicator with international stakeholder experience
13. Independent, proactive, reliable working attitude
14. Fluent German and English
