The Client Solutions team's mission is to establish and build scalable, healthy, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients' and agencies' challenges through scalable, best in class campaign services. Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding of TikTok's ad products, the overall paid media landscape and how to build successful, integrated marketing campaigns that meet their clients' KPIs and needs. Client Solution Managers should be able to identify opportunities and gaps in a clients' paid media strategy, with the ability to provide strategic insights and consultation in order to upsell and scale paid media spending on the platform. You are joining a team of strategic consultants, marketing & self-service platform experts, who proactively drive the clients' growth strategies, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations. In this role, you will be working closely with the Brand and Agency Partnerships teams to deliver first-class service to clients in order to build a long-term, strategic partnership. Responsibilities - Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and, at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings, maximise client's revenue and increase ROI and efficiency - Serve as a product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately helping to grow existing businesses, helping the team manage relationships with key Beauty & Healthcare clients and agency partners (media, creative, and marketing partners) - Conduct regular business reviews and take a consultative, long-term approach to build strategic partnerships with clients, in collaboration with your Brand Partnership Manager - Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to develop custom solutions or programs that meet clients' needs, and project manage custom campaigns to ensure assets are distributed and delivered on time - Kick-off campaigns with clients and manage all timelines, assets and opportunities for optimization with data driven analysis - Identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for client partners - Investigate and work directly with international product & engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign - Build scalable processes for our growing Client Solutions Management Team - Work with the campaign execution team to ensure ad specifications are accurate as well as being responsible for the reporting of and optimisation of campaigns
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in client solutions, account management or digital advertising. - Demonstrated experience and hands-on campaign management, across digital platforms and advertising tech products - Experience managing Paid Social or Paid Search on client, agency or platforms. - Detail oriented, data-driven, and analytical mindset with exceptional organisational & project management skills - Experience using Excel or Google Sheets essential, familiarity with visualisation tools - Proven track record of planning, executing & optimizing paid media campaigns and managing a complex book of business with revenue goals - Fully fluent and written English & German language communication skills are mandatory in order to be able to communicate with local clients Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with clients in the beauty & healthcare industry, CPG / FMCG - Knowledge and understanding of tracking, attribution and measurement (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP, SKAN etc) - Proven success working in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment - Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization - Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems with product and engineering teams - Self-starter, fast learner with a start-up spirit, able to thrive in ever-changing & dynamic environements - Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and tasks efficiently and execute at a high level - Deep understanding of the digital landscape and a passion for social media
