Young Leader/ Trainee Sales
We seek a motivated and ambitious personality who is enthusiastic about the leadership role in our team.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a personnel department for furniture or home accessories
* Organize and manage the department financially
* Train new and existing employees
* Ensure agreed sales and budget targets are met
* Conduct sales and price negotiations with personal and departmental sales responsibility
* Implement merchandise concepts
Qualifications:
* Completed vocational training (preferably in retail) or completed degree and work experience in sales or business administration
* Leadership experience is desirable
* Active commitment and self-motivated, goal-oriented and independent work
* Safe, serious and friendly appearance towards customers and colleagues
* Willingness to work at various XXXL locations
