Train Track Technician Apprenticeship
As a train track technician apprentice, you'll work outdoors and develop a passion for trains and technology.
What to Expect in Your Apprenticeship:
* You'll work with your team on construction sites along our tracks.
* Together, you'll lay new rails and switches, inspect for damage, and replace faulty parts.
* With the help of modern machinery, you'll resurface the ballast under the tracks.
* You'll ensure all measurements are accurate so that trains can run smoothly and safely.
* As an apprentice, you'll be a vital part of the team from day one, working every day to keep our trains reliable.
Your Profile:
* You've completed school successfully, and your secondary education is recognized in Germany.
* Your German language skills meet at least the B2 level.
* Working at a desk isn't for you – you'd rather work outdoors.
* You're motivated and reliable.
* Teamwork is something you enjoy, and you're happy to lend a hand.
* Different workplaces and schedules, including night shifts, are a welcome change of pace for you.
