We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer in Test who can design and implement a robust automated testing setup in a dynamic, product-driven environment. You’ll work hands-on in PHP and collaborate closely with our engineering team to ensure high test coverage and fast feedback cycles.
Tasks
* Build and maintain automated unit, functional, and integration tests in PHP (PHPUnit, Behat, or similar)
* Analyze and debug test failures, and drive fixes together with the development team
* Improve and extend our test automation framework continuously
* Collaborate with developers to ensure testability and coverage of new features
* Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and QA processes
Requirements
* Solid experience in software development or QA automation, preferably in PHP/Symfony
* Hands-on experience with test frameworks (e.g. PHPUnit, Behat, Codeception)
* Able to work independently and take ownership of test architecture
* Strong written communication skills in English (German is a plus)
