Are you in?Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role:Be the leading expert within one of our business lines for technology‑related design challengesOwn and drive design system work packages for chip development including timing sign‑off alignments, corner definition and voltage definitionsBe responsible for the reticle planning, support the IP and SOC teams in creative solution finding and contribute to troubleshooting during silicon validationAct as the main interface to our central R&D, and to other internal and external parties such as foundries, for technology‑related activitiesDrive pre‑development and assessment studies for future technology nodes based on our strategic roadmapYour ProfileYou are very self‑driven with a high degree of communication and presentation skills. Furthermore, you can act confidently in an intercultural environment and build a broad network quickly.Qualifications and SkillsAcademic degree in Physics, electrical engineering or a similar fieldAt least 12 years of experience in a microcontroller development and technology‑related function, with at least 7 years in a leadership or senior technical roleBroad knowledge over the whole design cycle, as well as the ability to go deep as a technical expertProven ability to act on new trends and match it to business impactDemonstrated capability to lead and make decisions in a complex environmentFluent English language skills; German is a plusContactKatrin Weiß, LinkedInCompany Mission#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
