Your responsibilities:
Acquisition of On-Site Projects, particularly cryogenic nitrogen generators, PSA- and membrane plants and hydrogen plants (SMR and Electrolyzer)
Ongoing market and competitor monitoring, including establishing and maintaining a database within the Messer CRM system and the development of on-site plant concepts in cooperation with the engineering division
Preparation of presentations and drafting bids on behalf of the Messer companies and its regional subsidiaries
Provide training sessions for the sales force of Messer’s subsidiaries, focusing on On-site acquisition
Develop and review Messer’s sales strategy for the On-site portfolio to ensure contract compliance and effective performance evaluation and continuous process improvement
Your qualifications:
Academic degree in Engineering with strong business acumen and investment calculation competency
At least three years of sales development and one year of project management experience
Experience working in an international environment and a cross-functional team
Interpersonal skills with a strong ability to communicate, being proactive and open minded
Proficiency with MS Office
Business fluent in English, German speaking skills is a plus
Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%)
