We are partnered with a technical consulting company that are seeking an experienced
IT System Administrator (m/f/d)
to strengthen the internal IT team and support diverse client projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in
Microsoft 365
and
Azure infrastructure
, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for modern technologies.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Administer applications, networks, and telecommunications systems
* Manage, design, and further develop hybrid Microsoft 365 environments (SharePoint Online, Exchange Hybrid, Azure, Teams) and Azure infrastructures for client projects
* Develop and implement IT security measures
* Ensure availability of central IT systems
* Install, configure, maintain, and monitor clients
* Handle data backup and recovery processes
* Support firewall and VPN solutions
* Provide 1st and 2nd level support to employees and customers
* Conduct troubleshooting and problem analysis
* Assist with Microsoft 365 and Business Central implementations as well as IT consulting tasks
Your Profile:
You bring:
* A degree in computer science (or related subject) OR training as an IT specialist with several years of professional experience in system administration
* Solid knowledge of network technology and IT security
* Experience in administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure/Entra
* Motivation to quickly learn and integrate new technologies and systems
* Knowledge of administering modern operating systems (Windows/MacOS, iOS & Android)
* A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Strong written and spoken English skills
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and service-oriented working style
* Ideally: basic knowledge of Linux and initial experience with the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program (CSP)
