Job Description
As a Brand Consultant, you will:
* Review and optimise product listings, ensuring accuracy and completeness of content.
* Develop and execute promotion and marketing strategies, including campaign participation and deal planning.
* Analyse performance metrics and traffic channels to identify areas for improvement.
* Optimise detail pages for search and browsing by updating keywords, refining attributes, and improving navigation.
* Provide recommendations based on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
* Deliver monthly data reporting and digital insights to vendors.
* Collaborate with team members to create joint business plans aligned with vendors and company priorities.
Qualifications
* Graduate degree in a business-related discipline
* 1+ years of relevant work experience in Category Management, Vendor Management, or Marketing; e-Commerce experience is an advantage
* Fluency in German and English
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously
* Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach to solutions
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand market requirements
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Product and industry knowledge in the pet, retail, or FMCG industry
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
