At claim.me, we offer the leading one-stop solution for online retailers to claim parcels with just a few clicks. claim.me is growing fast and already offers a trusted, ready-to-use solution, and we are ready to take it to the next level!


Job Description



You have the hunger of a founder but want the backing of an established player. At claim.me, the new flagship venture within Seven Senders, you get exactly that. We are revolutionizing how online retailers handle parcel claims with a product that is already live, trusted, and ready to scale.

As a Founding Sales Manager, you will secure a unique position that accelerates your career. You will be first in line for leadership opportunities as the team grows, backed by the infrastructure of a market leader. We trust you to manage your own time with a flexible hybrid model at our Alexanderplatz office and the option to work from abroad for up to 2 months per year.

The essence of your role

* Hunt & Close: You take full ownership of the sales cycle—from cold outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing.

* Build the Playbook: You aren't just following a script; you are writing it. You will test new channels, refine our pitch, and collaborate with our Growth Engineer to find what works.

* Market Presence: Represent claim.me at major e-commerce fairs, webinars, and industry events to build a strong pipeline.


Qualifications



This is what you need to succeed

* The "Hunter" Mindset: You are resilient, persistent, and motivated by winning new business.

* Experience: A proven track record in B2B sales (SaaS or Logistics experience is a plus). You know how to manage a CRM and a pipeline effectively.

* Languages: You speak German at a native level (C2) and are fluent in English.
