At our central location in Frankfurt am Main, we combine the know-how of over 500 media experts. With them, we cover all areas of modern communication and offer integrated solutions from a single source. This includes all classic media, social media, programmatic media, search, performance, e-commerce, creation as well as solutions around data intelligence, ad tech, consumer insights, modelling and the implementation of customised research projects. We work with clients such as Bauhaus, Hyundai Kia, Nintendo, O2, Puma, RedBull and Sparkasse. Become part of our team as: International Account Director ( all gender ) - Focus on tech industry Location Frankfurt/Main What are your responsibilities? You will lead a team of minimum six International Consultants, motivate, develop and mentor our juniors For a dedicated client portfolio you are responsible for the oversee entire account management You understand client requirements and needs to offer meaningful s olutions Quality control of what is shared with the clients – Operational Excelence You are responsible for the development and maintenance of a strong client relationship You ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients You lead media strategies and enhance the media innovation proposed to the client What skill set do you bring with you? You have a successfully completed university degree in the fields of business administration, marketing or media science and bring deep media understanding, especially on digital media (min. 5 years of experience) You enjoy dealing with customers, you are confident and authoritative and can effortlessly build trusting relationships You have extensive knowledge in all communication disciplines and are able to advise your customers confidently, ideally you have experience with multi-market customers You are able to work proactively under pressure and with tight deadlines and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirement Knowledge of KPI evaluation and metrics Affinity to Tech & Gaming Category – both from a B2B but as well B2C category Affinity to Global and especially US media landscapes Your English skills are excellent, another foreign language is an advantage How do we work?
