For our client we are currently looking for a Contract Manager – Offshore (m/f/d) - Rostock.
Your tasks
1. Preparation, drafting, and execution of contracts during tender procedures and negotiations, in coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders for offshore grid connections
2. Management and documentation of contract-compliant project execution, including support in insurance claims and contractual processes for national and international large-scale projects
3. Development, continuous improvement, and standardization of contract templates and processes in coordination with stakeholders
4. Analysis of completed contracts to identify opportunities, risks, and compliance issues, and communication with contractual partners to ensure adherence to obligations
5. Active participation in optimizing contract management processes and supporting cross-functional teams in contractual matters
