Job Summary
This role is centered around overseeing security operations and managing the delivery of services to clients. Key responsibilities include developing, supporting, and implementing security protocols related to service management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT security, security management, and cybersecurity, as well as knowledge of hardware/software systems, security infrastructure, and governance activities.
* Act as the primary interface between clients and our organization regarding security matters.
* Collaborate with the SOC Manager and Project Managers, as well as other teams within our organization.
* Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) based on client needs.
* Present periodic reports to clients highlighting security-related activities and progress.
* Manage and respond to client requests for security-related services or assistance.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of security controls.
Requirements
Candidates should possess certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001:2005, CISSP, CISA, CISM, and CRISC, which are highly valued but not mandatory.
Experience in telecom and cybersecurity topics is also essential for this position.
