As an Executive Lounge Assistant you provide exceptional service to VIP and executive guests in the hotel’s exclusive lounge.
You ensure a welcoming atmosphere, assist with guest requests, and maintain high service standards for food, beverages, and lounge facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and assist executive-level guests, ensuring a personalised and premium experience.
2. Serve food and beverages, maintaining high hygiene and presentation standards.
3. Handle guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and travel arrangements.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the lounge area.
5. Monitor inventory and replenish food, drinks, and amenities as needed.
6. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.
7. Assist with administrative tasks, such as reservations and guest feedback collection.
8. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
9. Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism.
Skills & Qualifications:
10. Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service preferred.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
13. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
14. Professional appearance and courteous demeanour.
15. Fluent in German and English
