Quality Specialist Managementsystems, Processes and Audits (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
The aim of this position is to support the local process owners in a permanent improvement of the existing processes and documentation, identifying interfaces and implement a process mindset instead of department thinking.
* Development and continuous improvement of global Management System and global standards covering company processes and departments, practical implementation of related processes and action plans
* Support customer audits conduction and planning
* Develop and maintain audit programs to comply with integrated management systems and procedures
* Support and conduct projects with the CAQ software, QM or the Process House
Main Focus ISO 9001 / Process management/ Audits
* Support the local brands in the creation, maintenance, evaluation and approval of QM documentation on the Process House
* Support and follow-up of certification audits, as well as external and internal system, process and product audits
Main Focus on Findings
* Evaluation and approval of corrective and preventive measures in cooperation with the departments concerned to eliminate process errors, taking into account aspects of error impact, process reliability and economic efficiency
Your skills:
With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.
* Bachelor’s or Master´s degree in business administration, technical studies, or a related field
* Relevant professional experience within the area of process / QM/ audit
* Very good knowledge of ISO Norm 9001:2015
* Experienced internal auditor and in Lean Management
* Very good knowledge in process optimization (Quality Stream Mapping) (e.g. Continuous improvement, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
* Good handling of MS Office (Word, Excel incl. Pivot, PowerPoint, Visio)
* Very good German and English skills are mandatory; other languages beneficial
