As an ERP Functional Analyst I you will excel is project coordination, Oracle functional expertise, and contribute to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems. The ERP Analyst III is responsible for project tracking and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. User support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues
2. Analyze user operational procedures to develop functional systems requirements and advise and instruct other staff responsible for development.
3. Identify innovative solutions to business issues in technical development
4. Improve process flow and user documentation for different oracle related modules and enhance user knowledge and competency
5. Collaborate with Internal Oracle Team Experts to design/ configure customer solutions
6. Serve as liaison between Arrows Internal Oracle solutions and external customer requests
7. Other duties as assigned based on business needs: i.e., special projects, enhancements etc.
What Are We Looking For:
8. Typically requires 3-5 years of related experience with a 4-year degree (MBA is a plus)
9. Requires in-depth functional knowledge and experience in ERP systems, preferably Oracle ERP – R12
10. Must have implementation experience of large ERP applications with emphasis on supply chain modules and process flows
11. Experience in implementing Oracle functions in: Auto management, Procurement, Sales Management, Accounts Payable, And/or Accounts Receivable
12. Experience in flows for Order to cash, Procure to Pay cycles
13. Experience with Post Production Support will be plus.
14. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
15. Works independently; receives minimal guidance
16. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
17. Contributes to process improvements
18. Work with end users and business teams for requirements gathering, understanding customer needs.
19. Should be able to work with multiple groups to coordinate and carry out technical activities which include new development, maintenance, and production support activities
20. Assists in allied activities of the ERP Applications Team, working with vendor Support and internal support teams ensuring smooth running of the ERP applications systems
21. Experience with Oracle WMS, Procurement, or PLM is a plus
22. Prior experience integrating ERP applications with 3rd party tools is highly desired
23. Demonstrated proficiency authoring basic to complex queries in SQL and understanding of PL/SQL
24. Role demands occasional client visits and trave.
