Ownership & Recordkeeping Specialist

Kepler Search is partnering with a large financial institution in Luxembourg who are hiring for an ownership and recordkeeping specialist to join and take responsibility for the analysis, monitoring and reconciliation of alternative investment funds.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse, record, and validate portfolio transactions.
* Conduct analysis of Private Equity and Real Estate fund investment structures through to final underlying assets.
* Identify and monitor income flows from target entities and holding companies.
* Review investment transactions including investment documentation.
* Perform annual confirmations and portfolio reconciliations.
* Manage client relationships.
Skills Required:
* Proven experience working within the financial services for a minimum of 3 years.
* Fluency in English required. French or German speaking considered an advantage.
* Working experience with alternative investment funds.
* Experience with computer system Excel.
