We are building Wellbeing‑AI, an AI for Happiness platform that combines evidence‑based wellbeing science, cognitive training, and AI‑powered coaching to help individuals and teams improve happiness, focus, and mental fitness. Our current focus is piloting the platform with HR, L&D, coaches, and organizations that care deeply about sustainable performance and wellbeing.
The roleWe are looking for a Founding Director of Growth who wants to co‑build our go‑to‑market from the ground up. You will be the person owning how we reach, convert, and retain our early users and pilot partners.
You will:
* Secure pilots with HR L&D etc
* Design and lead our growth strategy for the AI for Happiness platform across B2B (HR / L&D / organizations) and B2C (individual professionals).
* Run experiments across channels (LinkedIn, email, partnerships, communities, content, events) to acquire pilot users and convert them into engaged customers.
* Shape our positioning and messaging together with the founders so that our value proposition is crystal clear to HR, L&D, coaches, and wellbeing‑curious professionals.
* Set up lightweight growth operations: funnels, landing pages, onboarding and nurturing flows, simple analytics and tracking.
* Work closely with product and founders to translate user insights into product improvements and new growth opportunities.
What we are looking for
* Experience in growth, marketing, or GTM for startups (ideally B2B SaaS, digital health, or wellbeing/education products).
* You are comfortable in zero‑to‑one environments, can work with limited resources, and enjoy figuring things out through experimentation.
* Strong in storytelling, positioning, and turning complex ideas into simple, compelling messages.
* Data‑informed mindset: you care about funnels, retention, and user behavior, even if the stack is still simple.
* Genuine interest in wellbeing, mental fitness, human‑centered AI, or the future of work.
Compensation & commitment (please read before applying)
* This is an equity‑based founding role from day one and becomes a salaried position in 3 months
* You receive a meaningful equity stake (via ESOP/VSOP or a similar structure), with a clear vesting schedule.
* We are currently pre‑funding for this role and cannot offer a salary at the start.
* Time commitment is flexible but needs to be consistent (for example, 1–2 days per week to start, with the option to ramp up).
* Once we close our next funding round, this role is designed to convert into a paid Director/Head of Growth position at market‑aligned salary, while you keep your equity.
