About the Role

Working closely with our CEO as our Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of our entire digital presence: LinkedIn, Youtube, Homepage, Websites... You’ll shape how the world discovers Ainavio, build content that tells our story, and grow channels that bring in the right traffic, leads, and awareness.
For this role, we need a native German speaker.

Your Responsibility
* Own our digital marketing presence across all channels.
* Build and scale content that drives traffic, leads and brand awareness.
What You'll Do
* Plan, produce and manage content across website, social media and video.
* Run and grow our YouTube channel — from scripting to publishing.
* Build and optimize landing pages that convert.
* Maintain and improve our website (copy, structure, SEO).
* Track performance and iterate based on data.
Qualifikation
* Native-level German.
* 3-5 years hands-on experience in digital marketing — content, SEO, video or web.
* A good eye for design and strong writing instincts.
* Structured, creative and able to manage multiple projects at once.
