Market Development Manager - DACH Region
The successful candidate will contribute to the expansion of our product range and regional sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop existing accounts to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
* Win new customers across the region.
* Travel regularly to meet clients, understand their challenges, and propose tailored solutions.
* Use CRM, SharePoint, and SAP tools to manage opportunities and collaborate with colleagues.
* Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and contracts.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to anticipate risks and opportunities.
* Consistently achieve (or exceed) sales targets.
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience (ideally in the DACH region).
* Strong knowledge of CRM systems, SharePoint, and SAP.
* Motivation and flexibility to travel regularly within the DACH region.
* Fluency in German and English (French is a plus).
* A proven track record in business development.
