Tumodo is setting a new standard to make business travel smarter and effortless. About the Role We're looking for a strategic Regional Head of Sales to build and lead our sales team in Berlin. This role combines strategy with hands-on execution - you'll be involved in hiring top talent, develop winning strategies, and actively support deals while scaling our German market presence. As Regional Head of Sales, you'll drive revenue growth through both leadership and direct involvement in key deals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to refine sales tactics, expand our German footprint, and make data-driven decisions that impact growth. Your role is pivotal in scaling our go-to-market engine and building a high-performing sales organization. What You'll Be Doing Build, recruit, and develop a high-performing sales team focused on German market growth Spend meaningful time coaching reps in the field and actively support strategic deal closure Lead team performance through clear targets, tracking, and regular coaching to drive sales objectives Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategy to increase revenue and market share Identify and maintain strong partnerships with key B2B partners for continued growth Create scalable sales processes, manage pipeline, conduct forecasting, and report to senior leadership Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning, messaging, and lead/demand generation Stay ahead of industry trends and regulations to maintain competitive edge What You Bring 7-10 years proven corporate sales experience in the travel industry Strong understanding of German market and business landscape Track record of successfully building and scaling sales teams Excellent leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop others Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities Fluent in German and English Based in Germany, ready to work on-site in Berlin Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field The ideal candidate brings not just a quota-crushing mindset, but also a hands-on leadership approach, someone who recruits continually, optimizes processes, and leans into strategic planning as we scale.
