Could you be the full-time VIE - SQ Serial Engineer (m/f) in Bautzen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management and supplier performance expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll be at the forefront of ensuring supplier quality and driving continuous improvement in our operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as SPQD, supply chain, and incoming inspectors), manage non-conformities, and oversee containment actions, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of supplier non-conformities and lead incoming inspection activities, but also drive supplier performance improvement initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:
1. Managing non-conformities, including informing suppliers, implementing securization, and invoicing costs of non-quality (CONQ S1)
2. Organizing retrofit actions and quality wall implementations when necessary
3. Securing and enforcing supplier corrective and preventive action plans
4. Driving supplier improvement roadmaps for non-performing suppliers
5. Conducting inspections for low-critical parts and ensuring control plan sustainability
6. Leading incoming inspection activities, including managing a team of inspectors and ensuring compliance with defined control plans

13. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
