Extensive professional experience as an IT technician, system administrator, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on L2 support within a manufacturing environment. Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments (clients and servers), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services. Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and LAN/WAN troubleshooting. Good knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management. Experience in first-line SAP support is considered an advantage. Proven project management skills. Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) is an advantage. Excellent command of spoken and written German and English. Provide hands-on on-site L2 support, resolving complex issues to maintain efficient operations. Monitor help desk trends, identify recurring challenges, and drive improvements across IT services. Facilitate onboarding and training for new IT team members. Create and share clear training materials and documentation for the central IT L1 Support team.
