Your Profile
* A masters degree in optics, electronics, physics, or a related engineering discipline is required, along with at least 5 years of technical sales experience.
* Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components, with the ability to translate specifications into customer solutions.
* Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, comfortable with market analysis and forecasting.
* Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trustful relationships across functions and cultures.
