What They’re Looking For
* 3+ years of AE experience in B2B SaaS
* Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
* Fluent in German, with experience in the DACH mid-market (Mittelstand)
* Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or production operations
* Bonus: MEDDICC/SPICED expertise, €50–300K TCV deal experience
