We are now looking for a driven Sales Specialist – Surgical to join our Gynecology and Surgical team, covering the Hessen region.

What To Expect

1. Drive Surgical Sales: Conduct sales calls and meetings with key decision makers to introduce and upsell our full portfolio of surgical products.
2. Build and Grow Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and winning new business across the region.
3. Partner With Clinical and Non-Clinical Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, hospital administration, supply chain, payers and other healthcare professionals to achieve your sales objectives.
4. Provide In-Theatre Support: Support surgical procedures with expert technical product guidance in the operating room and deliver ongoing customer service in line with company policies.
5. Monitor and Grow Your Market: Stay on top of market developments, competitor activity and customer needs in your territory to maximise market share, product adoption and specification.
6. Work Across the Hessen Region: Travel widely within Hessen and collaborate with an experienced, ambitious sales team that shares your drive to make an impact.

What We Expect

7. Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or a similar field is highly advantageous.
8. Proven, successful sales experience within a MedTech or related healthcare company.
9. Solid understanding of the healthcare environment; experience with hospital structures and processes is a plus.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, and strong written and verbal skills in English.
11. Confident user of Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable.
12. High willingness to travel (approximately 70–80%, depending on business needs).
13. Valid driving licence.
