YOUR TASKS
Role Summary:
The Channel Director is accountable for leading the channel business in Region, driving partner growth and program adoption, and developing a high-performing local channel team. This role serves as the primary link between regional partners, internal stakeholders, and global channel leadership—ensuring successful execution of channel strategy, partner enablement, and market growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the regional channel strategy aligned with global objectives
* Lead, coach, and develop the regional channel team (Channel Managers, support staff)
* Manage and deepen relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders
* Ensure successful rollout and adoption of new partner programs and initiatives
* Own regional channel performance metrics (revenue, pipeline, partner enablement, satisfaction)
* Represent regional needs and insights to global channel leadership
YOUR PROFILE
* Proven experience in channel or partner management in the industry/sector
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing distributed teams
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, and execution capabilities
* Track record of delivering on revenue and program goals in a matrixed organization
