As a Sales Development Working Student, you’ll take ownership of outreach, build new customer opportunities, and push our sales success forward – 100% remote, flexible hours, and €16–40/hour. Activities Identify and qualify new customer prospects in the machinery and industrial sector. Conduct outbound calls and spark interest in our products and services. Support the design and execution of effective sales strategies. Maintain customer records in the CRM and prepare clear sales reports. Collaborate closely with the sales team to set up deals and continuously improve our sales process. Requirements Currently enrolled student at a university or higher education institution. Strong communication skills with enjoyment in telephone interactions. Ideally initial experience in sales or customer service. Fluent German language skills; additional language proficiency is advantageous. Motivation, goal orientation, and teamwork capability.
