Job mission:
You turn data into actionable insights that power our connected services, charging solutions, subscription models, and digital platforms across Europe.
As a strong individual contributor, you design and deliver high-quality analytics, dashboards, and advanced reporting that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. With several years of hands-on BI experience, you independently manage complex analytical tasks while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive impact and continuous improvement.
Your Responsibilities:
Business Intelligence & Reporting
1. Design, develop, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau and other BI tools (., Power BI, Looker)
2. Deliver clear, reliable, and actionable insights to support operational and management decision-making
3. Ensure consistency, transparency, and accuracy of KPIs across reports and business use cases
Data Analysis & Insights
4. Analyze connected car, subscription, charging, customer, and digital usage data to support business growth
5. Perform ad-hoc analyses for Product, CRM, Marketing, Customer Support, and Business teams
6. Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities to improve customer experience and performance
Technical & Cloud Analytics
7. Work with AWS-based data platforms (., S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue) for data exploration and analysis
8. Use SQL extensively and apply Python (or similar tools) for advanced analysis, automation, and data preparation
9. Contribute to data validation and continuous improvement of data quality and reliability
Advanced Analytics & Innovation
10. Support descriptive and predictive analytics use cases, including trend analysis, forecasting, and segmentation
11. Contribute to AI- and LLM-enabled analytics initiatives where applicable
12. Translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks and measurable outcomes
Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
13. Partner with stakeholders across European markets and HQ to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions
14. Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
15. Proactively improve dashboards, KPIs, and reporting processes
16. Drive automation and efficiency in recurring analytics workflows
Your talents:
Education:
17. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a comparable field
Experience:
18. 4–5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data-related roles
19. Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
20. Proven track record of supporting business stakeholders with data-driven insights and reporting solutions
Skills & Knowledge:
Business Intelligence & Analytics
21. Strong BI foundation with the ability to translate business questions into structured analytical approaches
22. Solid understanding of KPI design, performance measurement, and data-driven decision frameworks
23. Comfortable working with large, complex datasets to generate clear, insight-driven conclusions
Data Visualization & Reporting
24. Hands-on expertise in Tableau, including dashboard design and data storytelling
25. Working knowledge of additional BI tools (., Power BI, Looker)
26. Strong understanding of visualization best practices for executive and operational reporting
Data & Cloud Technologies
27. Advanced SQL skills for data exploration, validation, and transformation
28. Experience with AWS-based analytics services (., S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue)
29. Good understanding of cloud data architectures and analytical data models
Programming & Advanced Analytics
30. Experience with Python (or similar) for analysis and automation
31. Exposure to descriptive or predictive analytics in collaboration with advanced analytics teams
