Job Description
As a Senior Principal Design Architect, you will be taking a leading role in the definition and deployment of processes and methodologies in the field of Digital IP Design.
In your new role you will:
* Design and specify Ethernet Networking IP for the Microcontroller Division
* Translate application requirements into innovative system architecture components
* Make decision proposals on HW and SW architecture partitioning
* Contribute substantially to the IP strategy in the field by providing exploitation options
* Be responsible for requirements management and trace activities
* Identify, evaluate and drive innovation ideas
* Proactively develop and strengthen relations on Infineon top management level
Your Profile
You are a leader with a proven track record of driving complex projects forward. You are a strategic thinker, able to analyze intricate problems from multiple angles, leveraging your network of experts to drive innovative solutions and continuous improvement. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to effectively convey your ideas, influence others, and build lasting relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* A University Degree within the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) area
* At least 15 years of relevant working experience
* Deep technical expertise of Ethernet in Automotive
* Proven ability to solve critical problems with high complexity by proactively involving expert networks, and to exploit deviations in order to support continuous improvement
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to easily transmit your ideas/proposals in both verbal and/or written forms and the capacity to influence others
* Ability to use time productively and efficiently when faced with multiple tasks and priorities
* Fluency in English (mandatory)
