BUSINESS UNIT
The marketing department at Destination Solutions develops effective strategies to attract new customers for our all-in-one software solution for vacation rental management. It also ensures that existing customers receive optimal support in using the product, enabling them to increase their revenue. With clear positioning and targeted campaigns, the team also works to further expand our market leadership in the DACH region.
POSITION
As a "Marketing Manager (all genders)" you will play a key role in promoting our products to both existing customers and potential new customers. You ensure that our customers are optimally equipped and informed to make full use of our products. At the same time, you will contribute to the company's growth by managing your own projects, such as marketing automation and event management.
You will be joining the office in Berlin or Munich.
CHALLENGE
1. Marketing Automation: Manage HubSpot as our primary marketing platform and focus on automating processes, ensuring data quality and workflow improvements to drive leads and nurture customer relationships.
2. Lead Generation & Upselling: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to drive product usage, lead-generation and upselling.
3. Website Management: Maintain and continuously develop our website to ensure an optimal user experience, lead-generation and up-to-date content.
4. Sales Enablement: Support of the sales team by developing impactful online and offline materials to support company growth.
5. Event organization: Organize and manage online and offline events – including customer events, webinars, and trade fairs.
6. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing activities and campaigns, deriving actionable insights to optimize results.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
7. Expereince as a Marketing Manager (all genders) or a comparable role, ideally in a SaaS company with a focus on hospitality, travel, or technology
8. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
9. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as webflow is an advantage
10. Analytical mindset – you enjoy working with data and KPIs to optimize campaigns
11. High level of self-organization, reliability, and a proactive working style.
12. Technical affinity for digital tools and platforms
13. Business fluent in German and proficient in English

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
The position can be performed from one of our offices in Munich or Berlin. The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
