About the Role

You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to standardise shift practices and drive operational excellence.
A Day in the Life
You'll work on the night shift at one of our sites, focusing on owning and driving a culture of safety and upholding quality and shift performance standards. Your day will be varied, including routine team management, daily operational responsibilities, process improvement, and contingency tasks.
You'll be a role model and mentor to new managers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

Requirements
* A degree or equivalent qualification
* Relevant experience in people management and communication
* Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
* Advanced proficiency in English and local language
