About This Role
This position entails representing a portfolio of precious metal chemicals and homogeneous catalysts globally. Close support will be given to key customers, new customers developed, and participation in conferences and trade fairs will meet business objectives.

* Sustain close relationships with existing customers and develop new partnerships.
* Drive innovation processes and strategic product development based on customer intimacy and market areas.
* Nurture networks in scientific, technical, and industrial environments related to products.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Chemistry/Process Engineering with specialisation in organometallic chemistry and homogeneous catalysis.
Your Profile
* A minimum of several years of professional experience in technical-chemical sales, preferably also in pharmaceutical sales.
* A strong commercial and strategic mindset, negotiation skills, and efficient networking capabilities.
* Experience in managing both customer and internal projects.
* Financial competence is an asset, basic SAP knowledge is beneficial.
* A willingness to travel (approximately 20-30%), nationally and internationally.
* A committed, responsible, and engaging appearance.
* Organisational talent, creativity, and pragmatism.
* Excellent teamwork skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental and cross-location cooperation with production, research, QM, etc.
* A professional level of language proficiency in German and English.
