Procurement Expert
The role of Procurement Officer is a vital part of the Marketing Division's operations, supporting senior members in preparing contractual and procurement documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Procurement Support
o Assist in drafting and issuing Calls for Tenders (CFTs) under existing Framework Agreements, including internal documentation and external documentation for providers.
o Support the review and maintenance of all documentation for CFTs for upcoming open/public procurement procedures.
o Utilize procurement tools such as Mercell to manage sourcing activities efficiently.
2. Contract Management & Stakeholder Coordination
o Conduct regular contract compliance checks to ensure adherence to guidelines.
o Assist in developing and maintaining contract templates that meet regulatory requirements.
o Liaise with internal stakeholders to submit documentation and incorporate feedback, ensuring seamless coordination.
o Communicate effectively with external providers to exchange contractual documentation in a timely manner.
3. Monitoring & Reporting
o Monitor timelines to ensure contracts are signed on schedule, meeting business objectives.
o Perform quality reviews of internal documentation and materials submitted by external providers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications and Skills
A minimum of three years' relevant professional experience in procurement processes and contractual documentation is required. Knowledge of public procurement regulations is highly advantageous.
