Location: Dresden-Region (and Saxony, partially Brandenburg) What you will do: Carry out all scheduled and ad-hoc service activities in accordance with internal procedures and customer regulations. Deliver responsive support through telephone diagnostics and on-site service visits. Conduct VDE 0701/0702 safety tests on customer equipment and ensure accurate documentation of results. Efficiently manage your work schedule and handle technical escalations effectively. Proactively promote the companyu2019s contract service offerings. Qualifications & Skills: Professional background or qualification in Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline. 3u20135 years of field experience in servicing analytical equipment or comparable devices. Willingness to travel to the UK for training purposes. Excellent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken. Possession of a clean driving license.
