Job Description
We are seeking a responsible colleague to oversee Romania and Germany, focusing on:
* designing and implementing competitive salary structures;
* conducting market salary surveys to ensure pay equity;
* developing benefits programs;
* analyzing compensation data to recommend adjustments;
* ensuring compliance with labor laws;
* communicating compensation policies to employees;
* managing benefit administration;
* collaborating with HR and management to align compensation strategies with organizational goals, all while continuously researching industry trends and best practices;
* determining appropriate position classifications, developing and maintaining salary scales, and advising managers on job descriptions, salary structures, and classification decisions to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices;
* benefits insurance renewals & manage providers/brokers for allocated countries;
* design & lead internal policies from strategy to structure/communication/documentation/system & rollout;
* run annual salary increases: calculate & allocate budget, build guideline, create excel tools, present towards business, consolidate increases & administrate system upload.
Qualifications
Required key competencies and qualifications:
* strong understanding of labor laws and regulations;
* proven experience in job description writing;
* salary structuring, and classification, along with background in HR practices and managing compensation cycles;
* familiarity with job evaluation and analysis systems;
* experience conducting market surveys, and knowledge of various incentives and benefits are essential;
* proficiency in MS Office;
* strong quantitative and analytical skills;
* excellent English communication skills.
