Tasks Provide functional consultation and support in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly focussed in the Employee Central Sub-module Collaborate closely with your colleagues in the team to design and implement effective solutions You'll be working on a big integration project which will include: SuccessFactors integration with BTP,HCM on-premise payroll integrating with SF Also integrating OpenText with SF Supporting Projects with S/4 HANA Consult, design and question HR processes Proactively suggest improvements for systems with the IT team You are a real team player and enjoy shaping the future with the company Profile 2+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting and customising experience A structured, team-oriented approach and a passion for problem-solving Knowledge/experience of the Employee Central sub-module Consulting experience with a large HR team/organisation Fluent German skills and good English proficiency Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%) We offer 110.000€ Total salary (depending on experience) 80% Home office working Flexible working house Continued Training and development 40 Hour per week contract 30 Days vacation per year Tariff based contract Contact Mike Armstrong mikea@energizerec.com +49 89 2620 4632
