Job Description:
AeroLogic is a modern cargo airline with a fleet of 26 Boeing 777F aircraft. Founded in 2008, the company operates daily flights to destinations in Asia, Middle East and the USA.
The Network Coordination & Legal department at AeroLogic requires a legal expert to provide advice on commercial law-related matters. This includes drafting, negotiating and reviewing international agreements.
Key responsibilities include assessing liabilities, legal restrictions and risks associated with proposed commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will also manage external advisors, monitor current legislation and case law impacting the company's operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Master of Laws or university degree in law
* Minimum three years' experience in commercial law as an in-house counsel
* Affinity for innovation, technology and aviation industry
* Ability to analyse complex legal matters & communicate clearly to business stakeholders
* Eager to expand knowledge of new areas of expertise and jurisdictions
The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical skills coupled with strong communication skills.
The role involves working closely with various departments including IT & technical services.
The successful applicant will be fluent in both English & German (verbal written).
