About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Leader to drive the turnaround of our Hydraulic business unit.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy for the HL business unit, focusing on driving profitability and fostering innovation.
* Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities, particularly in the APAC region.
* Streamline the product portfolio, eliminate redundancies, and optimize organizational structure and headcount.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive operational excellence by ensuring synergies between HL sites and central functions are fully leveraged.
* Promote and lead product and process innovation to secure market leadership.
* Oversee site-level operations at multiple locations, including VTHL (Rutesheim, Germany) and VTIV-MI (Milan, Italy).
Requirements:
* Proven track record in turning around or improving business unit performance, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
* Strong leadership experience in an international, multi-site setting.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset.
