Your mission Set up new clients in our systems and ensure correct VAT obligations are assigned Prepare, validate, and clean e-commerce data (Amazon, invoicing tools) Complete monthly and quarterly VAT returns across multiple EU countries Prepare and submit Intrastat Arrivals and Dispatches Deliver accurate, timely filings and support our VAT Team Coordinator with operational tasks Your profile Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and large datasets Experience in VAT, accounting, operations, or e-commerce is a plus Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured processes Excellent English; German and other EU languages are a bonus Proactive, organised, and reliable, with the ability to meet deadlines Why us?
