In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in identifying and engaging potential clients, driving new business opportunities, and contributing to the company's overall growth. As a Senior Business Development Representative for the German market, you will be responsible for prospecting and generating new client opportunities while also helping to guide and mentor your peers.

About the Role
You will be working closely with mid-market and enterprise clients via various communication channels, establishing contact with key stakeholders and introducing them to the company's technology solutions. You will work alongside your team and manager to build a compelling story, drive interest, and deliver meetings for Account Executives with quality stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, store visits, events, and other channels
- Introduce key stakeholders to the company's technology solutions
- Collaborate with the team and manager to build a compelling story and deliver meetings for Account Executives
- Assist the manager in guiding the EU BDR team by providing support with messaging, best practices, technical assistance, and strategy

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a driven individual who is comfortable working autonomously, managing outbound activities, and ensuring a steady pipeline of meetings and opportunities. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and be able to adapt your communication style to different audiences. You will be required to consistently meet daily outbound activity minimums and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.

The Ideal Candidate
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different audiences
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams
- Experience in a BDR sales role or similar
- Graduated with at least a bachelor's degree
